Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS)
In case of award of the tender/contract, the successful bidder shall be responsible to sign the agreement with TCP immediately after issuance of award of contract and shall also submit the Integrity Pact as per ANNEXURE–VII and shall be responsible to complete all documents, as notified from time to time. Tender documents, invitation of bids and integrity pact shall be the integral part of the contract.
Any increase or decrease on any levies, rates and taxes/duties already in place or levied by the Government/Customs/Port, wages and/or fluctuation in market rates of services/charges etc. during the operation/currency of this agreement will be the responsibility of TRANSPORTER and no such claim shall be entertained by TCP.
If the service provider fails to transport the goods within the specified period for any reasons other than Force Majeure, the TCP shall be entitled, at his option, to cancel the contract and recover the damages, besides forfeiture/encashment of Performance Guarantee. The Buyer shall not be held liable to any risks and costs whatsoever in consequence of such cancellation of the contract.

80% payment shall be made on completion of removal of cargo from port and reaching upto TCP’s designated godowns. TRANSPORTER shall be required to submit the following documents upon which the payment shall be made within 10-15 working days in shape of Cross Cheque in favor of TRANSPORTER:-
