Technical Evaluation Criteriaย
General Experience:
A. Experience in provision of the relevant Services for at least the last five (05) years. Experience shall be counted from the commencement of business operations as registered travel agency with relevant Govt. Department and International Department i.e. IATA.
A.ย Not debarred due to any Non-performance of contract or deviation from Bid Securing Declaration in accordance with the provision of Rule-19 of PP Rules or the period of debarment has been over.
B.ย Applicantโs financial position and prospective long-term profitability still sound according to criteria established in 3.1 below and assuming that all pending litigation will be resolved against the Applicant
The Applicant shall also demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), that it has adequate sources of finance to meet the cash flow requirements on contracts currently in progress and for future contract commitments by providing the List of at least five (05) clients in the Agencyโs credit along-with their agreement and performance certificates from these clients. The clients include National, Multi-National Companies, Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Financial Institutions/Banks.
Audited Report from the Chartered Accountant firm or Financial Statements/Bank Certificate (last three year) shall be submitted to theย satisfaction of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and must demonstrate the current soundness of the Applicantโs financial position and indicate its prospective long-term profitability.
Minimum average annual turnover (Average Annual Sales Revenue) from provision of Services is PKR 2.0 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and / or completed during the last three (03) financial years.
