All vehicles are registered government vehicles with valid documentation and are used for enforcement, operational, and administrative purposes. Vehicles vary in engine capacity and age, ranging from older models (1980s–2000s) to newer models (2023–2025).
Note:
This fleet list is indicative only. The number, type, and deployment of vehicles may increase or decrease during the contract period. No minimum or guaranteed volume of repair and maintenance work is implied under this prequalification.

Breakdown:
This annexure defines the standard pricing framework to be used at the time of issuance of call-off work orders under the prequalified panel. No financial proposal is required at the prequalification stage.
All shortlisted/prequalified vendors shall be required to submit financial quotations in accordance with this format when invited for specific repair and maintenance jobs. The purpose of this framework is to ensure uniformity, transparency, and comparability of rates during the execution phase.
The financial inputs shall include indicative labour charges and percentage discount on spare parts for defined service categories. Final rates shall be quoted on a case-to-case basis depending on vehicle type, engine capacity, scope of work, and market conditions.
The procuring agency reserves the right to seek revised quotations, negotiate rates where permissible, and award call-off work orders to the most advantageous offer among the prequalified vendors.
This annexure does not constitute a financial evaluation criterion for prequalification and shall only be applicable at the post-qualification (execution) stage
