| **Financial Evaluation Criteria** The financial evaluation shall be carried out to assess the financial strength, capacity and stability of the firm. The bidder shall be evaluated on the basis of relevant financial documents including annual turnover, audited financial statements, income tax returns, bank certificate/financial soundness certificate and other supporting documents. The firm must demonstrate adequate financial capability and resources to successfully execute the required repair and maintenance services. The evaluation shall also include verification of active tax registration/status and financial standing of the firm.
