| **The bidder shall possess proven experience in providing transport services to Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or reputable private organizations. The bidder must have adequate operational capacity with a sufficient number of registered vehicles in roadworthy condition, supported by valid registration, fitness certificates, route permits, and insurance where applicable. The bidder shall provide evidence of qualified and licensed drivers, an effective fleet management system, regular vehicle maintenance arrangements, and the ability to ensure safe, reliable, and timely transportation services. The evaluation shall also consider the bidder's financial stability, organizational capability, past performance, tax compliance, and overall responsiveness to the requirements of the bidding documents. Documentary evidence shall be submitted for all claims. Only bidders obtaining at least 60% marks in the Technical Evaluation shall qualify for the Financial Evaluation.
