The scope of work for Civil and Electrical Works in a Public Visit Area shall include site preparation, leveling, excavation, construction and finishing of pedestrian pathways, paved areas, ramps, seating areas, visitor shelters, boundary walls, fencing, gates, drainage systems, public toilets and other required visitor facilities. The civil works shall also include landscaping-related works, kerbs, handrails, safety barriers, painting, repair and restoration of existing structures, and final site cleaning. Electrical works shall include installation of electrical distribution boards, underground cables, conduits, pathway and landscape lighting, decorative and architectural lighting, entrance and signage lighting, emergency lighting, outdoor sockets, earthing and lightning protection systems, and electrical connections for public facilities, CCTV, public-address and security systems where required. All works shall be carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards and safety requirements, with proper coordination between civil and electrical works, followed by testing, commissioning, rectification of defects, submission of as-built drawings and test certificates, and final handover of the completed public visit area.

Termination

Liquidated Damages
